May 5TH, 2009
Ashley Tisdale’s newest silver screen credit will now be
called “Aliens in the Attic” instead of “They Came From Upstairs,” 20th
Century Fox announced.
The film, which stars Robert Hoffman and Andy Richter in addition to the
“High School Musical” star, is about a group of kids who discover invading
aliens’ mind-control guns don’t work on them and must protect their parents
and the rest of the world from the invasion.
Adam F. Goldberg, the writer of “Star Wars” homage “Fanboys,” also wrote the
screenplay for “Aliens in the Attic.” The film still is slated to be
released July 31, 2009.
